CAN I CANCEL THE CONTRACT?
The right of withdrawal or “rethinking” consists in the possibility, granted to the consumer, to unilaterally decide to dissolve the contractual restriction with the seller by returning the purchased good (or by revoking the order placed) and thus obtaining the return of the price paid in compliance with the new NEW EUROPEAN DIRECTIVE 2011/83 / EU which aims to better protect online purchases. The new legislation: applies only to the consumer who acts as a natural person (therefore those who purchase goods and services with VAT number or anyway as professionals or companies are excluded), involves only orders with an amount equal to or greater than 50 euros, does not affect the supply of goods that risk to deteriorate or expire rapidly, the supply of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery, does not apply to custom goods, it does not apply if the price of the good or service is linked to fluctuation in the uncontrollable financial market rates.
WHAT IS THE TIMING TO CALL OFF THE ORDER?
The time available to exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of distance sales is 14 days. The customer will also receive a refund of the amount paid within the following 14 days, with the same payment instrument used to purchase the goods.
HOW CAN I CANCEL FROM THE CONTRACT?
The right of withdrawal can be claimed by contacting Bruma Italia S.r.l. who will provide all the information needed for the operation.
IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL, DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING COSTS?
The shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer if there is the will to return the goods. The shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by Bruma Italia S.r.l. for defects in goods or shipping. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed; in any case, there are no additional costs for reimbursement. If the customer had chosen a non-standard shipping method (fast delivery, insured shipping, delivery to the floor, etc.), Bruma Italia S.r.l. undertakes to return only the amount equal to the standard delivery type.
I HAVE THE RIGHT TO RECESS EVEN IF I OPEN THE PACKAGE?
The good must be returned in “normal state of preservation”: it can be manipulated to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning without any damage or impairment. Otherwise, the consumer is entitled to receive reimbursement of only the current value of the asset.
